4.2. Software Access & Licensing (Simply Science LMS): The access, activation, student data protection, and operational use of the Simply Science LMS platform are governed exclusively by our separate End User License Agreement (EULA) accepted by institutions upon account provision or software login.
5. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. “As-Is” Website Availability: This Website and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
