With over 40 years of dedicated service in public and private education—most recently serving as Campus Principal at R.E.A.L Schools, Cheras—Cheli Tamilselvam Nadarajah has spent his life advocating for students and empowering teachers.
A decorated educator awarded multiple Ministry of Education Excellent Service Awards and the Innovative Teacher of the Year Award, Cheli’s passion extends far beyond administrative leadership. From founding The Reading Bus Club (an NGO that has provided books and literacy tools to over 40,000 children in rural communities across Malaysia and Cambodia) to mentoring generations of teachers, his work is driven by deep compassion for individual students and an unyielding belief in character building.
